Do you know how to choose the appropriate ink for screen printing machine printing or pad printing?
Different material product need different type ink in the field of pad printing machine and screen printing machine.
First ,silk screen printing machine:
1. if you wan to print t shirt, textile, garment by silk screen printing machine. so the ink type is plastisol or water-based.
2. if you want to print sock, gloves and sheet, and non-slip . so the ink type is silicone gel.
3. if you want to print glass product. so the best ink is used for glass by screen printing.
4. if you want to print PP plastic bottle, PE sheet. so the ink is pp ink or pe ink.
another way is surface flame treatment machine,you can printing them with use normal ink after you treatment PP/PE/PO product ,like that it can save ink cost.
5. if you want to uv ink on the product. so the ink is uv ink, and also need uv curing machine to curing uv ink ,so that printing effect will be very good!
Second, pad printing machine/pad printer.
1. if you want to ABS pen by pad printer. so the ink is ABS ink.
2. select ink based on product material.
