Screen printing a logo on a disposable cup involves a step-by-step process. Here's a general guide:


Materials needed:

1. Disposable cups

2. Screen printing  Machine

3. Screen plate with pattern/logo

4. Screen printing ink

5. IR drying machine or UV curing machine(depend on what kind of ink you use.)


Steps:


1. Prepare the Logo Design:

   - Create or obtain the logo design you want to print.

   - Print the logo on a transparency using a film printer.


2. Prepare the Screen:

   - Coat the screen printing frame with emulsion following the instructions on the emulsion packaging.

   - Let it dry in a dark room.

3. Set Up the Screen Printing Machine:

   - Place the disposable cup on a stable surface.

   - Secure the screen printing frame over the cup, making sure it's aligned correctly.


6. Apply Ink:

   - Pour screen printing ink onto one end of the screen.

   - Use the squeegee to spread the ink over the logo stencil, applying even pressure.


7. Print the Logo:

   - Run the squeegee across the screen, transferring the ink onto the disposable cup.

   - Lift the screen printing frame to reveal the printed logo.


8. Dry the Print:

   - Allow the printed cup to dry completely before handling or stacking.

Depending on your printing ink, use an infrared dryer or UV curing machine for drying.
