A flatbed screen printing machine is a type of screen printing equipment where the substrate (object being printed on, such as a T-shirt or a poster) is placed on a flat, rigid surface, and the screen printing ink is applied using a mesh screen. The screen generally has an image or design that is blocked out, with areas for ink to pass through onto the substrate below. This type of machine is often used for printing multiple copies of a design onto items with a relatively low number of colors. Unlike other screen printing machines, it can print on items of any shape or size as long as they can be placed on the flat bed surface.
