Five main elements of pad printing:
1. Close ink cup: It integrates the functions of sealed ink storage and excess ink removal.
2. Printing silicone pad: This is the medium that transfers the ink from the steel plate to the product surface.
3. Steel plate: etched printing pattern.
4. Ink: Determine the color according to the printing requirements.
5. Pad printing machine: Perform transfer printing.
The close ink cup combines the functions of sealed ink storage and ink scraping. The ink is sealed between the surface of the steel plate and the blade of the ceramic ring of the ink cup. The ink is sealed in the close ink cup, minimizing the exposure of the ink to the air, reducing the volatilization of the ink, and maintaining the stability of the ink concentration, thus ensuring the stable and ideal printing effect. In addition, the blade of the ceramic ring of the ink cup needs to be hard and sharp, so we have adopted the hardest material among the ceramics. With 0.25mm thin steel sheet, the ink cup can play the largest role. The diameter of the close ink cup is 60~195mm, which is suitable for general printing purposes.
